Our approved supplier’s typical warranty covers: Attic and exhaust fans, central air conditioning, electrical system, heating system, furnace humidifier, kitchen appliances (refrigerator, free standing range, cooktop, built in oven, built in dishwasher, built in microwave, garbage disposal), plumbing system (including plumbing backups, permanently installed sump pumps for ground water only and gas line), minor roof leak repairs, septic system, well water pump, water heater, duct work and garage door opener for an attached garage. With our approved supplier, you can choose your own contractor. If you are having trouble finding one in your area, please call APHW Customer Service at 800-648-5006 or email APHWOffice@APHW.com and a customer service representative will provide a list of contractors that other homeowners in your area have used.

Be sure to include your claim number or street address with your submission

You should expect reimbursement within 7-10 business days from when APHW receives your receipt. If it has been longer than that, please call APHW’s Customer Service Department at 800-648-5006 or email claims@aphw.com and they will be happy to check into the status of your reimbursement.

If your contract number is not already written on either the inside cover or the last page of your APHW warranty contract, you may also find it on your invoice or receipt. You can also call APHW at 800-648-5006 or email APHWOffice@APHW.com, and provide your name and address, and they can provide your contract number to you.
