ClientSecure® provides legal protection for brokers and agents, for legal actions that are commenced up to one year after closing.
Under this program:
WE PROTECT YOU in cases involving an E&O claim by reimbursing 75% of your E&O deductible, up to $3,750. If you do not have E&O insurance, we reimburse 75% of your related attorney fees, up to $3,750.
You receive this protection when:
An APHW Home Warranty was sold to cover the residential property in question and compensable services were provided; or an APHW Home Warranty was offered in the deal for the residential property in question and your client signed the coverage waiver.
