ClientSecure® provides financial protection for brokers and agents for defending legal actions that are commenced by the buyer or seller up to one year after closing.
Under this program:
WE PROTECT YOU in cases involving an E&O claim. We reimburse attorney fees incurred defending a lawsuit or arbitration, based on the following:
- Standard Package OR Signed Waiver: 75% of your E&O deductible (up to $3,750)
- Premier OR Gold Packages: 100% of your E&O deductible (up to $5,000)
If you do not have E&O insurance, we reimburse the same amounts for related attorney fees incurred defending a lawsuit or arbitration related to the home sold.
You receive this protection when:
- An APHW Home Warranty was sold to cover the residential property in question and compensable services were provided; or
- An APHW Home Warranty was offered in the deal for the residential property in question and your client signed the coverage waiver.
